 Hazel M. Johnsen, 88, of Wilburton, OK, passed away Saturday, May 16th, at McAlester Regional Hospital, Mcalester, Pittsburg County. 

Hazel was born in , Montana on August 24, 1926, a daughter of the late Theresa (Card) and George  Benson.

She worked as a store clerk.

She was the widow of Elmer  Johnsen. On September 19, 1948, they were married at Ronan, Montana. 

Hazel is  survived by 
a daughter, Karen, wife of  Ted Dalke, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; 
two sons Forrest, husband of  Eva Johnsen, of Ronan, Montana; Michael, husband of  Kathy Johnsen, of Buckley, Washington; 
 

Hazel is also survived by 
a sister, Rose Gunkle, of Wenatchee, Washington. 
a brother, Marit Benson, of Colorado; 
 

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 sisters, 3 brothers.

She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren

Cynthia was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on April 28, 1959, a daughter of the late Betty (Wooldridge) and William  Johnston.

She was employed as an recycling manager at City of Wilburton

He worked as a welder.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He was the widower of Mayzell  (Collins) White. On August 4, 1964, they were married at Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
