Denise Ann Womack, age 63, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and formally of Red Oak, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Denise was born in Red Wood City, California on March 22, 1952, a daughter of the late Weta (Muse) and Eddie Womack.

She worked in Payroll Service Division for the State of California.

Denise is also survived by:

Brother/Sister-In-Law: Brian & Sheryl Womack, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She is also survived by Special Friend: Jannice Hanlon, of San Francisco, California.

Nephew: Chris Stone, and wife Brook of Piedmont, Oklahoma.

Great Niece: Avery Stone, of Piedmont, Oklahoma.

Several aunts & uncles and a host of many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Sherrill Womack.

Steve (Cody) Everhart, age 79, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at the McAlester Regional Hospital, of McAlester, Oklahoma.

Steve was born in Quitaque, Texas on September 9, 1935, a son of the late Vera (Witherspoon) and Ruie B. Everhart.

Steve worked as a mechanic. He attended Southside Baptist Church, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Steve served in the U.S. Air Force.

Steve was the husband of Shirley (Clow) Everhart. On May 3, 1956, they were married in Dewey county.

Steve is survived by:

Wife: Shirley Everhart, of the home.

Son/Daughter-In-Law: Steve Cody & Tena Everhart, of Tuttle, Oklahoma.

Daughters/Son-In-Law: Dianna & Danny Smith, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Lindy Cargill, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Brothers/Sisters-In-Law: John & Penny Everhart, of Kelseyville, California; Ben & Jetta Everhart, of Kelseyville, California; (Oliver) James Everhart of Lakeport, California.

Marcie was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 1, 1949, a daughter of the late Elaine (Levine) and Max Arnold.

She worked as a secretary at Wilburton Public School, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.,

She attended Centerpoint Baptist Church, Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Marcie was the widow of Don Stodola. Don passed away in 2000.

Marcie is survived by:

Sons/Daughters-In-Law: Forrest & Lauren Stodola, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Jim & Kim Stodola, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Daughter: Nicole Stodola, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Sister: Johanna Dible, of Finley, Ohio.

Special Friend: April Massey Cantrell, of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma.

Nieces: Savanna Fox, Nicolette Fox, both of Finley, Ohio.

Edith was born in Wilburton, Oklahoma on January 4, 1931, a daughter of the late Dorotha Mae (Stephens) and Elza  Gill.

She worked in child care at head start.

She attended Church of God of Prophecy Quinton, OK . 

 

She was the wife of Thurman Leroy Phelps, Sr.. On December 22, 1945, they were married at Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Lawrence was born in Wilburton, Oklahoma on September 14, 1943, a son of the late Thelma (Wilson) and Calvin Cecil Lay.

He worked as a carpenter.

He attended Gowen Baptist Church Gowen, OK . 

 

He was the widower of Velma  (Freeman) Lay. On January 24, 1964, they were married at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Velma passed away August 12, 2004.

a son,Gary, husband of  Carli Lay, of Wilburton, Oklahoma;

Jerry was born in Blounts Town, Florida on March 15, 1945, a son of the late Bernice (Sapp) and Walter  Pitts.

He worked as a truck driver.

He served in the U.S. Marines. 

He was the husband of Valerie  (Hinson) Pitts. On May 14, 2008, they were married at Wilburton, Oklahoma.

a daughter, Penny Sergent, of Covington, Kentucky; 
a son,Jimmy Allen Pitts, of Florence, Kentucky;
