Verna J. Shadden, age 41, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Latimer County Hospital, of Wilburton, Oklahoma .

Verna was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on February 10, 1974, a daughter of the late Betty (Clements) and Billie R. Shadden.

Verna worked as a cashier at EZ Mart.

Verna is survived by:

Daughter: Shayla Shadden, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Sister: Tommie Clements, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Brother: Billie Shadden, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.

She is also survived by several aunts & uncles.

Verna was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Memorial Service at The Bob Waldrop Memorial Chapel, Wilburton, Oklahoma, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 with Rev. Paul Brady officiating.
