Chad Clint Coffey, age 43, of Red Oak, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016. 

Chad was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on July 22, 1972, a son of Charles (Terp) Clyde Coffey and the late Kay (Watkins) Coffey.

Chad is survived by:

Father: Charles (Terp) Clyde Coffey, of Red Oak, Oklahoma. 
Brother:  Clyde Chane Coffey.
Niece: Tabrina Coffey, of Red Oak, Oklahoma.  
Great Niece: Louella Nolte, of Red Oak, Oklahoma.  
Great Nephew: Rylan Coffey, of Red Oak, Oklahoma.  
Several aunts, uncles & cousins. 

Chad was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Coffey; maternal grandparents, Loyal & Rosa Watkins; paternal grandparents, Clyde & Mary Coffey.

Graveside Service at Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2016  with Rev. Randy Holmes officiating.
