In Memory of Max Joseph Renner

Max Joseph Renner, 71, of Wilburton, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2022 at Veterans Healthcare of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Viewing will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Waldrop Funeral Home Chapel. A private family burial will be held at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.

Max was born on June13, 1951 in Redding, California to Max and Harriet Renner. He married Cheryl (Lewis) Renner on September 8, 2007 in Alva, Oklahoma.

He proudly served in the United States Army and was a member of the VFW 3649 of Wilburton.

Max is survived by his wife: Cheryl (Lewis) Renner of the home; son: Max James Renner and wife, Jacey of San Antonia, TX; daughters: Laura Renner of San Antonio, TX, Deanna Martin of Wilburton, Amber Martin of Omaha, Nebraska; brother: Tracy Jack of Birch Tree, MO; mother-in-law: Frances Lewis of Osawatomie, KS; brother-in-law: Randy Lewis and wife, Carol of Osage City, KS; and 5 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Harriet Renner and 3 sisters.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Waldrop Funeral Home, Wilburton, Oklahoma.
