Sherry was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 15, 1962,.

She was a  homemaker.

She was the wife of Roderick  Grapentine.

 Francis D. Johnson, 84, of Hartshorne, OK, passed away Sunday, August 3rd, at Beare Manor. 

Francis was born in Lodi, Oklahoma on April 11, 1930, a son of the late Hazel (Free) and Roy  Johnson.

He worked as a truck driver.

He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. 

Francis is  survived by 
two daughters, Shelly Johnson, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; 
Nicki Johnson, of Wilburton, Oklahoma. 
two sons Dewayne, husband of  Sandra Johnson, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Vic, husband of  Susie Fowler, of Indianola, Oklahoma; 
 

Francis is also survived by 


Preceded in death by his parents, son, Mike Johnson, 2 former wives, Janice & Shirley.

He is also survived by Mother of his children: Inez Johnson, of Wilburton, Oklahoma.  13 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter.

 Curtiss Mal Naylor, 59, of Eastpoint, FL, passed away Monday, August 4th, at Big Bend Hospice House, Tallahassee,  County. 

Curtiss was born in Summerfield, Oklahoma on December 22, 1954, a son of the late Hazel (Cogburn) and Vester  Naylor.

He was employed as a commercial fisherman.

Curtiss is  survived by 
a daughter, Malisa, wife of  Justin Wong, of Poteau, Oklahoma; 
a son,Brian  Naylor, of Cherrypoint, North Carolina; 
 

Curtiss is also survived by 
two sisters, Donna, wife of  John Lindgren, of Bonanza, Arkansas; Becky Naylor, of Eastpoint, Florida. 
three brothers, Joe Paul Cooper, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Mike, husband of  Beth Cooper, of Great Falls, Montana; Timmy, husband of  Angel Naylor, of Cameron, Oklahoma; 
 

Preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, three brothers, Butch Cooper, Phillip Cooper, Billy Naylor, Sister-In-Law, Brenda Cooper.


He is also survived by Grandchildren:  Marissa Naylor, Timothy Naylor, Amisha Warren, Kiara Warren, all of Poteau, Oklahoma.

Services at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, Summerfield, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9th,  with Rev. David Browning officiating.

 Marva W. Pearson, 59, of Hartshorne, OK, passed away Friday, August 29th, at her residence. . 

Marva was born in Clayton, Oklahoma on January 29, 1955, a daughter of the late Phillis (Thomas) and General  Pitcock.

She worked as a nurse.

She attended Cowboy Church Bengal, OK . 

She was the wife of Hubert  Pearson. On July 7, 2006, they were married at Jasper, Texas.

Sheri, wife of  James Hartsell, of North Carolina; 
Tia Dameron, of Altus, Oklahoma;

Keanna, wife of  Kevin Zink, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; 
a son,David Woodruff, of Hartshorne, Oklahoma; 
 

Marva is also survived by 
five sisters, Dean Gwin, of Red Oak, Oklahoma; Maudie McClellan, of Red Oak, Oklahoma; Ann, wife of  John Bailey, of Bengal, Oklahoma; Tony Matthews, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Sandra, wife of  Junior Little, of Buffalo Valley, Oklahoma. 
a brother, Ed, husband of  Carolyn Pitcock, of Buffalo Valley, Oklahoma; 
 

Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Doyal Gene and step-father, Herman Frieling.

She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren

 Carolyn Underwood, 80, of Wilburton, OK, passed away Saturday, September 13th, at her residence. . 

Carolyn was born in Spiro, Oklahoma on February 11, 1934, a daughter of the late Annie Lila (Tobler) and Claude Burl Blackmon.

She worked as a secretary  at Latimer County Juvenile Services Retired. 

She was a member of First Baptist Church Wilburton, OK 74578. 

She was the wife of Vernon  Underwood. On May 15, 1953, they were married at Wilburton, Oklahoma. 

Carolyn is  survived by 
a daughter, Marie, wife of  Benny Davis, of McAlester, Oklahoma. 
a son,Mark Underwood, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; 
 

Carolyn is also survived by 


Preceded in death by her mother and father; cousin, Alice Jayne Rogrs; aunt, Kathryn Avery.

Ramon was born in Dillard, Oklahoma on January 27, 1929, a son of the late Rosa Lee (Wright) and James  Guy.

He worked in the oil field.

He served in the U.S. Army.

three sons Raymon Edward Guy, of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Terry Smith, of Hulbert, Oklahoma; Tim, husband of  Terresa Smith, of Chicago, Il; 
 

Ramon is also survived by 
two sisters, Jimmie Lee Walker, of Norman, Oklahoma; Eletha Hise, of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

She was the widow of Sherman  Bell. On October 24, 1959, they were married at Wilburton, Oklahoma. 

Darlene is  survived by

She was the wife of Andy  Pranger. On May 23, 1991, they were married at Arlington, Texas.

Wilma was born in Hamlin, West Virginia on January 8, 1943, a daughter of the late Dewy Mae (Frye) and Henry J. Salmons.

She was a  homemaker.

 On January 9, 1984, they were married at Suffick, Virginia. 

Wilma is  survived by 
a daughter, Debbie, wife of  Johnny Tickett, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina;

a brother, Roger Salmons, of Florida. 
 

Preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Tammy Kay McGrady.
